I was christened at Chorley Old Rd. and remember singing in Sunday School.

I remember being in the Cubs and later the Scouts led by John Entwistle then later by Roy Needham reaching the dizzy heights of Assistant Scout Leader.

The move from the church to the school was not welcomed by everyone but I think the Sanctuary has a nice feel to it and it has served us well including a welcome space when we all came together.

As we prepare to move to The Triangle, I look forward to the future with hope and enthusiasm. - Peter Haslam
