Faith, Food and Friendship

FFF - what's that? Well, using these letters saves a lot of time in referring to our Faith, Food and Friendship evenings! These are just what they say on the tin! The evenings have been, and are, part of our on-going service to bring people together and now part of our Three Year Plan for our church, its development and witness.

Meetings: During the calendar year on the third Wednesday of the month: February to September.

Over the last couple of years or so we have been joined at FFF by some members from our local St. Cuthbert's R.C. Church but anyone is welcome to attend. We meet in our church Community Hall at 6.30p.m. for a meal. At about 7p.m. we have our speaker; besides listening we often have discussions round our tables - and sometimes table activities connected with the theme of the evening. We aim to finish by 8.15p.m. at the latest.

What do you mean by 'theme'? Each series has an idea running through it.

FFF Dates

Restarts in February 2026.

Details need to be finalised as some speakers may need to be changed but will be on our weekly notice sheets, Facebook page and website along with details of who to contact if you would like to come along. We ask this for catering arrangements.
