Junior Church are looking to update their Helper's List: A Helper is needed if there is only one Leader with a group. You will not be expected to prepare anything or do any specific teaching, but you are needed as another adult. You will usually be given plenty of notice if you are required but there may be the odd emergency when we have to ask you on the day. If you are able to Help please tell either Pauline, Chris or Don Astley.
The great Christian Aid weight loss: For Christian Aid Week this year (10-16 May) a number of people from church have been on strict diets doing a sponsored slim for Christian Aid organised by Glennys aided by Carol and Heather. Between them they have lost over 110 pounds.
There will be a money box in church for the next three Sundays (3rd,10th and 17th May) for your donations. Bring cash if you can but it will also be possible to play by bank transfer or the cash machine in the foyer if you email the treasurer, Fiona Gorton - This email address is being protected from spambots. Bolton Talking Tables Group: We are pleased to let you know we have joined the "Bolton Talking Tables Group." This is providing a safe space that welcomes people to come into our venue on Fridays, 10.00am - 11.00am and enjoy chat and company. The opening will be on Friday 22nd May.
