14th December 2014 - The Junior Church told the story of The First Nativity with enthusiasm and energy.

We had all ages from a tiny baby up to teenagers. We had the usual cast including a donkey and a sheep which persisted in losing its head.

The older children helped the younger ones and everyone, cast and audience, enjoyed the performance. The scenery, although minimal, was excellent. The performance was well scripted and was laced with a humour that young and old appreciated. At the same time the story of the Nativity unfolded with a very appealing natural simplicity.

Thanks must go not only to the cast but also to the director Ben ably assisted by Don, Beryl, Sally and other helpers.

Spiritual de-clutter

Les has always said that when I die on my grave stone it’s going to say “She cluttered!” I do clutter it’s quite true.
