Sole Survivors Weekend

We have so many stories to share with you from Soul Survivor! Our five day festival frenzy left us feeling inspired as well as tired from all the things we did in Stafford.

From throwing dry aint through the colour chaos party, to sharing stories whilst drinking hot chocolate. We had a lot of fun!

Each day, we attended morning and evening worship that involved singing and dancing as well as bible study and prayer.

Throughout the day, everyone was given the opportunity to attend seminars that covered a large range of topics, or to attend sport sessions to learn new skills. There was even an outdoor cinema to watch The Avengers and Star Wars!

We drank hot chocolate every night (yes, with cream and marshmallows), joined in the colour chaos dry paint party, dressed up as animals and people from Noah's Ark and even laughed at Ben's constant accidents (hereafter known as Bensidents!)

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who helped organise and pay for us to go to Soul Survivor. We all learned a great deal about our faith and spirituality but did so with lots of fun. There has been a lot of talk about next year already and we simply cannot wait.
