Good morning and we are delighted that you are with us today. We hope you find your time of worship helpful and uplifting.

Hilary Howarth is leading our morning worship, including Holy Communion and Reception of New Members into our church family.


Steward On Vestry Duty Today:

The Steward on vestry duty today is Anne Haslam, any problems please see either Anne or any other stewards.

Disciple Group
Monday 10.00am -12.00pm & 7.15pm- 9.15pm

Praying Together
Tuesday 10.00am -10.30am. Please consider joining us, if only occasionally, in this time of prayer. You don’t necessarily have to pray out aloud - silent prayer and listening are also important.

Knit and Natter
Tuesday 10.30am - 12.00pm

Coffee Morning
Thursday 10.00am - 12.00pm

Choir Practice
Thursday 6.45pm - 7.45pm

Music Group Rehearsal
Thursday 7.45pm

First Friday Group
Friday 1.30pm to 3.00pm. Marie will be playing a variety of music on the piano. Everyone welcome.

Choir
Choir practices are beginning again after the summer break starting on Thursday 6th October 2016 from 6.45pm until 7.45pm in church. We will be having a look at suitable music for Christmas as well as revisiting some songs we have done before. If anyone wishes to join us you will be very welcome, just have a word with me after Church on Sunday morning and I will give you further details. Ann Massey

Church Council Meeting
The next Church Council meeting will be held on Wednesday 12th October 2016. If there are any items for the agenda, please let me know by Wednesday 5th October. Lunch Bags For Half Term
Urban Outreach are providing pack lunches for children at half term and have asked me if our church could put some labels on bags, if you feel you could spare some time and can do them at home, please Estelle know after the service.

Christmas Shoe Box Appeal
Fill a box with toiletries or toys to go children and families abroad who will receive nothing for Christmas. Please see Dennis or Doreen for details and a box.
