We Need Your Help!
As you may be aware, we run a very busy community cafe every weekday from 10 - 2.30. As we come to the school holidays some of the volunteers can not commit as they have children or grandchildren, also our students from Lifebridge are on holiday. This will leave us very short of staff. Can you help one day a week/half a day/once a fortnight. No food preparation is involved. It is a really social way of helping our church's outreach to the community. Some members of our church are taking on additional roles as stewards. They need to be freed up from the Sunday morning coffee rota. Could you perhaps help once every 8 weeks with serving coffee after the service. ANY OFFER OF ASSISTANCE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.IF YOU CAN HELP PLEASE HAVE A WORD WITH JOYCE READ.

Easter Offering Donations
The Easter Offering donations raised £272.50 for World Missions, £142 of this was gift aided. The amount raised by the circuit was £1,329.50. Many thanks for your support. Sheila Richardson

Prayer Tree
If you would like us to pray for someone or something you are concerned about, please write details down on a leaf provided in the basket and hang it on the tree. We will pray for you at our prayer groups.

Birthdays & Congratulations!

To Eddie who will be 14 on Sunday 13th July

Congratulations to Sally on obtaining a first Class honours in textiles and Surface Design University of Bolton.

Keith would like to express his thanks for the kind gift card and flowers he received in thanks for the work he did during Hilary's sabbatical. It was a delight to serve the church during those three months. It is also good to see Hilary back on duty after her break.
