Food Faith and Fellowship
Food Faith and Fellowship is on Wednesday 15th May 6.30pm when the theme is "The Shoe Of (Readiness) Peace." Speaker will be Mrs Heather Holmes. This is an open invitation to everyone and if would like to join us for the meal please let Joyce Read know after this morning.

Christian Aid Coffee Morning
Saturday 18th May 10.00am - 12 .00pm. There will be stalls selling plants, books, jewellery, Traidcraft items and a tombola. We will have refreshments and homemade cakes. Please see Norman Lowe if you can donate any plants and see Lorraine Lowe or Beryl Leighton if you can donate any homemade cakes. Hope to see you on the day. Lorraine Lowe.

Red Bucket
During the last three months we have raised £81.17 for Endeavour, formerly Paws for Kids which has a pet fostering service for pet owners who are going into refuges to escape violence and abuse in the North West. The charity ensures that the family will be reunited with their pets when they are safely housed in a permanent home. Many thanks for your generosity in raising this wonderful amount. During May, June and July we will be raising funds for Water Aid for their Harvest Appeal. Sheila Richardson.

JMA
Now lent is over - no chocolate - and the chocolates you were given or bought at Easter has been eaten. Can you help JMA in raising funds for junior mission by eating more chocolate. We are giving away tubes of smarties TO THE ADULTS!!! Eat and enjoy, then fill the smarties tubes up with small coins 1p 5p or 20p all fit. Then bring it in if you want you can have another tube of smarties to start again. Please help our young people raise not only money but awareness of mission outreach. TUBES OF SMARTIES AVAILABLE FROM RUTH THIS MORNING. Thank you, Ruth Haslam, JMA Secretary.

Annual Church Meeting
Sunday 19th May: The Annual Church meeting will be taking place after the morning service and Revd. Keith Jump will be chairing the meeting.

We wish Nicole all the very best as she starts her new career training to become a Combat Medic with the Army.
